Catching Course
Comprehensive training program for catchers:
Enroll in an in-depth online course covering all aspects of catching, from fundamentals to advanced techniques, designed to master the position.
4 week program, will get a new program at the beginning of each month.
Age dependent: Depending how old you are and what skill you are at will determine how your program progresses and the difficulty level.
This will also include a hip mobility program along with a few key strengtheners.
